Return policy

1. Return period: Please note that all products have a 30-day return period from the date of receipt. This means that if you are unsatisfied with the products you purchased during this period, you can apply for a return. We encourage you to act within this timeframe to ensure a smooth return process.

2. Return conditions: To ensure a successful return, the products must meet the following conditions: The products must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retain all original labels and packaging; all accessories, gifts and instructions must be returned together. Please note that special categories such as food, personal care products, and customized products may not be subject to the return policy. For more details, please refer to the product page.

3. Return process: If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below: Login to your Mifulan account and enter the order management page; select the order you want to return and fill out the return application form to explain the reason for the return; print the return label and attach it to the return package; mail the package to our designated return center.

4. Refund method: Once we receive and confirm that the returned product meets the return conditions, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be processed within 7-14 working days after receiving the returned product and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for the original order are generally non-refundable.

5. Exchanges: If you would like an exchange of your item instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request and select the new item you would like to exchange for. We will assist you with the exchange process.

6. Defective or wrong item: If the item you received has a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item, please get in touch with our Customer Service team immediately. We will provide a free return label and arrange a refund or exchange for the correct item.

7. International returns: Returns for international orders may involve additional customs processing and fees. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team before returning your item for appropriate guidance and assistance.
